Conditions of enrolment
- Student will sometimes be required to participate in school performances of Thai dance on various occasions. The school will informed the parents via the newsletter or in person about any up-coming performance.
- Attendance:
Becoming a student of the TLC [Thai Language and Culture] program is a commitment and students are expected to attend all classes and rehearsals. The administrator must be given at least one day’s notice of any absences. It also required that all students make themselves available for dancing performances and rehearsals, unless the parent has notified the School in writing.
Unexplained or unnotified absences may exclude a child from the program and the student's enrolment may be cancelled.
- We are seeking parent participation in helping your child with their homework. Please make sure that your child meets the course requirements. For any further enquiry you can contact the class teacher or the school principal directly.
- Report: Students will receive program reports from their teacher throughout the year. It will be a newsletter from school each term to keep the parent informed about our school. A parents' meeting will be at the beginning of each term.
- Lunch: School will provide lunch, snack and drink for all students. If there is any special food for your child, please notify the school. Your child will also be expected to take some responsibility to clean their own dishes after the meal.
- Security: During School time or rehearsals, all students must remain in the school area. Some parent volunteers will keep an eye on the student during the break, but all students must remain in the play area and school area only.
- Enquiries: Any enquiry can be made by telephoning the school office during office hours.
